Statement of Faith

God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is infinite in power, wisdom, holiness, justice, mercy, and love. He created and sustains all things, governing according to His sovereign will and purpose.

The Scriptures

We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired and authoritative Word of God. The Bible reveals God’s character, humanity’s purpose, and the way of redemption through Jesus Christ. It serves as the foundation for our faith and guides us in all aspects of life.

Humanity and Sin

We believe all people are created in the image of God and designed for relationship with Him. Through disobedience, humanity fell into sin, resulting in separation from God. All are in need of God’s grace for forgiveness and restoration.

Jesus Christ and Redemption

We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who became fully human while remaining fully divine. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead. His atoning death and resurrection provide salvation for all who place their faith in Him.

Salvation by Grace

We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, offered freely to all through faith in Jesus Christ. God's prevenient grace goes before us, calling us to repentance and faith. Through justification, we are forgiven and made right with God. Sanctification is the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit, transforming us into the likeness of Christ.

The Holy Spirit and Sanctification

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, and empowers believers for holy living and service. Entire sanctification is God’s will for every believer, enabling us to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves.

The Church

We believe in the unity of all believers in Christ, reflecting the diversity and love of God’s kingdom. The Church is the body of Christ, called to glorify God, make disciples, and serve as His witness to the world. We are committed to being a diverse and unified body, dedicated to spreading the Gospel and bringing hope and healing to our community and beyond.
